cryotherapy
"3 minutes at −110°C."

When you step into the −110°C dry nitrogen mist, your body does not simply "cool down." It triggers an ancient survival program: a controlled emergency mode that mobilizes your internal reserves. This short, intense impulse is not punishment for the body, but a biological wake-up call that leads to dramatically faster recovery, immediate suppression of inflammation, and a natural dopamine surge unlike anything else.

increase in norepinephrine levels
What happens inside your body? Step by step.
01
Skin temperature drops
Skin temperature falls sharply within seconds, which immediately triggers an alarm response in the body. Cold receptors send an urgent signal straight to the brainstem: "Emergency." While the surface feels frozen, core body temperature stays stable. That controlled shock is what activates the deeper physiological responses.
02
Vasoconstriction — blood pulls toward the core
As a protective response, the body constricts peripheral blood vessels. Blood is redirected around the internal organs, where it becomes richer in nutrients and oxygen. Blood flow to the muscles drops temporarily.
03
Hormonal cascade — dopamine, norepinephrine
The brain releases large amounts of norepinephrine (+300%) and dopamine. That is where the instant mental energy, sharp alertness, and the familiar "I can handle more" feeling come from.
04
Vasodilation — oxygen-rich blood flows back
After you step out, the peripheral vessels reopen and oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood rushes back into the muscles. This is the engine of recovery: inflammatory compounds are flushed out and repair processes begin.
What happens minute by minute?
0–30 mp
Cold shock — activation
Skin temperature drops. Blood vessels constrict. The brain receives an emergency signal. Heart rate rises noticeably.
30–90 mp
Adaptation — the body adjusts
The hormonal cascade reaches its peak. Norepinephrine and dopamine surge. Alertness and energy become clearly noticeable.
90–180 mp
Maintenance — the recovery engine starts
Anti-inflammatory effects deepen. Metabolic heat production speeds up. Once you exit, blood rushes back into the muscles. This is the real recovery window.

6 reasons cryo works
Instant energy boost
The jump in norepinephrine and dopamine directly increases focus, energy and motivation. This is not placebo, but a measurable hormonal event whose effects can last 4 to 6 hours.
Immediate · 4–6 hours
Inflammation reduction
Vasoconstriction combined with the hormonal response reduces systemic inflammatory markers. In athletes, soreness and pain after training ease faster, and longer-term effects have also been documented in chronic inflammatory states.
6–24 hours
Deeper sleep
Cryo later in the day lowers cortisol, supports the drop in core body temperature before sleep, and increases the share of slow-wave deep sleep.
Aznap este
Faster recovery
The return of oxygen-rich blood into the muscles accelerates micro-repair and waste-product clearance. Professional athletes can experience up to 40% shorter recovery times with regular cryo use.
12–48 hours
Mental resilience
Repeated exposure to cold — especially with controlled breathing — improves the nervous system's tolerance to stress. This is the stress-inoculation effect: everyday stress starts to feel smaller.
Hetek alatt
Brown fat activation
Regular cold exposure activates brown fat cells, the thermogenic cells that burn calories to generate heat. This metabolic effect can also support long-term body-composition change.

02 — Red Light Therapy
Photo-bio
modulation
"A charger for your cells."

Our 1,200-LED, 7-wavelength red light system works by activating the cytochrome-c-oxidase enzyme inside the mitochondria when specific wavelengths hit the cells. That directly increases ATP production. In simple terms: cells get more energy, work faster, recover better, produce more collagen and lower inflammation.

Multiple wavelengths at once (630–1060 nm)
15 '

0 UV
No tanning, no burning, no skin damage
How light and cells connect: step by step
01
Light penetrates the tissue
Red wavelengths (630–660 nm) target the upper layers of the skin. Near-infrared wavelengths (810–1060 nm) can penetrate much deeper — into muscles, joints and nerve fibres. Both are completely UV-free.
02
Cytochrome-c-oxidase activation
The cytochrome-c-oxidase enzyme inside the mitochondria absorbs the light and releases the nitric oxide bound to it. That kicks off the electron transport chain, and ATP production surges.
03
ATP and nitric oxide release
Higher ATP levels mean more usable cell energy: faster renewal, more active collagen production and a more effective immune response. Nitric oxide also widens blood vessels and improves microcirculation.
04
Cascade effects: collagen, melatonin
The increase in cellular energy triggers fibroblast-driven collagen production, calms the nervous system, supports sleep and reduces inflammation in deeper tissues.

How is this different from a tanning bed?
Tanning beds use UV-A and UV-B radiation, which can damage DNA and increase cancer risk. Red light therapy uses only the UV-free therapeutic range of the solar spectrum — the same useful part of light plants rely on for photosynthesis.
Why does it improve sleep?
Unlike blue light, red light in the 630–660 nm range does not suppress melatonin production. The mitochondrial activation also calms the nervous system, and the subtle rise and fall in body temperature makes it easier to fall asleep.
When does it show on the skin?
Collagen production starts increasing after just 1 or 2 sessions, but visible tightening and tone improvement usually become obvious after 4 to 6 sessions. Regular use, 2 to 3 times a week, is cumulative and the effects last.
Dermatology meta-analysis, 2023
6 reasons it works
Firmer skin
Fibroblasts, the cells responsible for skin firmness, shift into high gear and start producing more type I and III collagen. The result is smoother fine lines, fewer wrinkles and visibly better tone and elasticity. This is not a superficial quick fix, but a deeper renewal process started by your own skin.
After 4–8 sessions
Deeper sleep
It quiets the nervous system directly: the melatonin-friendly spectrum and subtle temperature effects prepare the body for real rest. You do not just fall asleep more easily, the quality of sleep improves too, especially the amount of slow-wave deep sleep.
After 1–2 sessions
Cell-energy boost
Higher mitochondrial ATP production shows up as more usable energy: less fatigue, better physical output and sharper mental performance. It feels like a natural coffee effect, without the crash.
Immediate · lasting
Reduced soreness
The infrared component reduces inflammation in deeper tissue and lowers DOMS. Using it within 12 hours after training delivers the strongest effect.
Within 12–24 hours
Stress reduction
Cortisol, the stress hormone, drops while released nitric oxide gently widens the blood vessels. Most guests reach a deeply relaxed, almost meditative state after 5 to 8 minutes.
Immediate
Better circulation
Nitric oxide causes vasodilation, which improves microcirculation so nutrients and oxygen reach the tissues more efficiently.

03 — Compression Boots
Pneumatic
compression
"A marathoner's best friend."

The Therabody JetBoots PRO Plus system stimulates venous and lymphatic circulation in the legs by reproducing the same pump effect your muscles would normally create during walking or running. It combines 3 technologies: air-compression, vibration and infrared heat, all moving upward from the foot toward the heart to refresh tired legs.

×2.5
Lymph-drainage efficiency with mechanical treatment
How the 3 technologies work
01
Pneumatic compression
The air chambers fill from the bottom up and mimic the muscle pump: blood is directed out of the compressed veins and back toward the heart. The lymphatic pathways empty as well, which visibly reduces edema, swelling and the lactic-acid buildup trapped in the muscles.
02
Deep-tissue vibration
The mechanical vibration loosens knots and tension even where manual massage can no longer reach. By activating deep tissue receptors, it helps release fascial stiffness and that heavy, tight-calf feeling.
03
Infrared heating
Gentle infrared heat widens the capillaries and creates the feeling of warmth coming from within. Vasodilation improves nutrient delivery to muscle tissue and accelerates the removal of metabolites such as lactic acid and creatinine.
04
Combined result
These 3 effects amplify each other: compression flushes out waste products, vibration releases muscle tension and infrared heat speeds up nutrient transport. The result is a level of recovery in 30 minutes that feels as deep as an intense sports massage.

Why is it better than compression socks?
Compression socks apply static, passive pressure. JetBoots actively pumps in a rhythmic pattern. Dynamic compression is 2.5× more effective at stimulating lymphatic transport than static solutions.
Lymphology Journal, 2022
Why do legs swell — and how do you fix it?
During long periods of sitting or standing, gravity and inactive muscles allow fluid to collect in the lower legs. JetBoots compression physically pushes that excess tissue fluid back out — no medication, just mechanics.
Why is 30 minutes ideal?
In 30 minutes, every zone goes through 4 to 6 compression cycles. That is enough time for the lymphatic system to complete a full flushing cycle in the treated area and for the effect to last.
6 reasons it works
Swelling disappears
Interstitial swelling is mechanically drained: the compression waves physically move the built-up fluid from the tissues into the lymphatic system.
30 perc alatt
Waste-product clearance
Compression accelerates the removal of lactic acid and other metabolic by-products through the veins. In athletes, that directly shortens both the intensity and duration of DOMS.
Within 1–4 hours
Circulation reboot
Active compression noticeably speeds up venous circulation. After a stagnant day, pooled blood starts moving again and capillary filling returns to normal.
Immediate
Muscle tension release
The vibration activates tendon receptors and triggers a natural inhibitory reflex, so the muscle relaxes almost immediately. That is why it is so effective for tight calves and overloaded hamstrings.
During treatment
Nervous-system relaxation
Rhythmic compression and gentle infrared heat activate the parasympathetic nervous system — your rest-and-digest mode. The physical ease quickly spreads through the whole nervous system.
After 15–20 minutes
Preventive effect
Compression twice a week helps prevent early signs of varicose veins and persistent venous complaints. It reduces circulation-related risk and supports healthy lymph flow for people who sit a lot and for people who stand all day alike.

04 — mHBOT Oxygen Chamber
Hyperbaric
oxygen therapy
"Air that takes you higher."

At normal atmospheric pressure (1.0 ATA), oxygen is transported almost entirely by hemoglobin. At 1.5 ATA, oxygen also dissolves physically in the blood plasma, reaching places where hemoglobin alone cannot deliver enough. Tissues receive 2 to 3 times more oxygen. That is what starts angiogenesis, stem-cell activation and anti-inflammatory gene expression.

Therapeutic phase (of 80 minutes)
~3×
More dissolved oxygen in tissue at 1.5 ATA
From Henry's law to stem cells: the full mechanism
01
Henry's law — more dissolves under pressure
According to Henry's law, the solubility of gases increases with pressure. At 1.5 ATA, oxygen is not only bound to hemoglobin but also physically dissolved in the blood plasma, reaching tissues that narrowed or blocked vessels no longer supply well.
02
Gene-expression shift
Higher tissue O₂ levels activate HIF pathways, angiogenic growth factors such as VEGF, and anti-inflammatory genes. In other words, the body's own repair programs get turned up.
03
Angiogenesis and stem-cell activation
Regular HBOT stimulates the growth of new capillaries and mobilizes stem cells from the bone marrow. These effects are cumulative and they remain meaningful even after the treatment series ends.
04
Neurological and cognitive effects
The brain is the biggest oxygen consumer in the body. Higher cerebral oxygen availability directly improves communication between neurons while lowering neuroinflammation and internal stress. That is where sharper focus, better memory and less brain fog come from.

80 minutes — what happens when
0–10'
Pressurization: 1.0 → 1.5 ATA
Ear equalization is needed, for example swallowing or yawning. The tissues begin absorbing the elevated O₂ level. A mild pressure sensation in the ears is completely normal.
10–30'
Early treatment phase
Plasma O₂ levels rise. The brain and muscles begin using the extra oxygen. Many guests notice the first sense of quiet here: thoughts slow down and the body relaxes.
30–70'
Peak therapeutic phase
Gene-expression shifts, anti-inflammatory cascades, mitochondrial activation and peak brain O₂ all happen here. Stem-cell mobilization also starts in this window.
70–80'
Depressurization: 1.5 → 1.0 ATA
The return is gradual and comfortable. Tissue O₂ levels slowly normalize, but the processes that were started — lower inflammation and cellular repair — continue for hours.
6 reasons it works
Mental clarity, less brain fog
Higher cerebral oxygen levels improve synaptic efficiency and reduce neuroinflammation in the brain. For brain fog, post-COVID recovery and burnout, HBOT is one of the best-documented natural interventions.
After 1–3 sessions
Faster recovery
Oxygen-rich tissue heals 2 to 3 times faster. Higher mitochondrial ATP production means more usable cell energy — shorter recovery times and faster readiness for training.
Within 12–48 hours
Better sleep quality
Lower neuroinflammation and increased parasympathetic activity improve the share of deep sleep. The most common feedback from regular users is simple: "I finally wake up feeling rested."
After 2–5 sessions
Systemic inflammation reduction
HBOT can inhibit NF-κB signaling and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β. In chronic inflammatory states, this has documented clinical relevance.
After a full series
Cell renewal and stem-cell activation
Stem cells mobilized from the bone marrow migrate into damaged tissues. Angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels, brings lasting improvement to oxygen-deprived areas. This is one of the engines behind the cumulative anti-aging effect.
After 5–10 sessions
Immune support
Elevated O₂ levels increase neutrophil bacteria-killing activity and support macrophage phagocytic function. The immune-modulating effect is particularly useful in stressful periods or during post-illness recovery.
