Is the cold painful? +
It is not painful, more like an intense tingling experience. Most people describe it as if “their body woke up”. We stay with you throughout, and if it is ever too much, we stop immediately. You stay in control.
Is it safe? +
Yes. Every session happens under trained staff supervision, with medical-grade equipment, controlled temperature and a controlled duration. The treatment is not a medical procedure.
What should I wear? +
Dry socks, underwear or swimwear. We provide gloves, slippers and ear warmers.
When will I feel the effect? +
Many people feel the difference after the first session already — lighter body, better mood, clearer head. Less soreness and better sleep usually show up the same day or the next morning.
Can I catch a cold from it? +
It is unlikely. The treatment is short, controlled and supervised. Research suggests regular cryotherapy tends to strengthen rather than weaken the immune system.
Can I come after training? +
Yes — and it is highly recommended. Cryosauna is especially effective after training for kick-starting recovery. Our athletes usually come in 30–60 minutes after their workout.
How long does one session take? +
You spend 3 minutes inside the cabin. The whole process — getting ready, onboarding, treatment and dressing again — takes around 15–20 minutes. Easy to fit into a lunch break or on your way home after training.
Are there contraindications? +
Yes — acute cardiovascular disease, pregnancy and certain serious health conditions are contraindications. If you are unsure, ask your doctor.
