Do credits expire?+
Each credit package has a different validity period. But if you take recovery as seriously as training, your sessions will not go to waste. Our biggest package stays valid for up to 6 months.
How can I pay for credits?+
By card during online booking through alteg.io, or on site by card or cash. In both cases your balance is credited immediately.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?+
Unfortunately not. But special situations happen, and they can make it harder to use your balance. Let’s talk — in individual cases we will try to find a solution you are happy with.
Will I get an invoice for the credit top-up?+
Yes. An invoice is generated automatically for every top-up.
Can I give credits as a gift?+
