Is it painful or uncomfortable? +
Not at all. It feels like pleasant warm sunshine, only indoors, without UV and in controlled conditions.
Is this like a tanning bed? +
Not at all — quite the opposite. Tanning beds use UV light that tans and ages the skin. Red light therapy is completely UV-free. It does not damage the skin; it supports skin renewal and deep-tissue recovery.
When will I feel the effect? +
Many people feel more recharged and notice fresher-looking skin after the first session. More lasting results — better sleep, firmer skin, less soreness — usually become clearly visible after 3–5 treatments.
How often should I come? +
The fastest and most visible results usually come with 2–3 sessions a week, but even one session a week helps maintain the effect. We will help set the ideal rhythm based on your goals.
Who is it not recommended for? +
During pregnancy, with photosensitivity or during active cancer treatment, this technology is not recommended. If you are unsure, speak to your doctor — we are also happy to answer your questions.
